Delivery Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day by DHL or US Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days from date of shipment for delivery. These orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Place your 2-letter state code correctly when checking out. These delivery addresses may require additional shipping time and certain restrictions may apply. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery. US-Protectorates: American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands

Delivery to these takes longer and is done only by US Mail.

First time orders and for up to two BIOSKINCLEAR gel have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return BIOSKINCLEAR for a full refund. (even if you have tried the product). We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. A Return Authorization number ( RA# ) will be sent to you via e-mail with your confirmation approval for the return. Please make sure that this RA# appears on the outside of your package as well as inside the package with your product. This will ensure that the product is received and processed correctly.
